We offer multiple shipping options. You can calculate the costs of these at check out. We try our best to ship orders within one business day (exceptions to this for our line of handmade blankets). All blankets ship in the order that they are purchased. USPS priority mail provides 1-3 day delivery to most US addresses. Most packages ordered with USPS priority should be expected to arrive 3-6 days after placing your order. If you require your purchase to arrive within a certain time frame, please contact windy + co via email (email@example.com) and we can try to figure something out. This is not guaranteed.
We also offer international shipping worldwide. Costs of this can also be added at checkout. Please keep in mind that international shipping will likely take longer than our normal shipping options. A tracking number is not provided for international orders.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are also not responsible for customs fees that may be charged if ordering international. Please be aware that these fees are out of our control.
All returns must be approved by contacting us (firstname.lastname@example.org) and are accepted at the full discretion of WKC. If return is accepted, payment for the return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Return requests for dissatisfaction must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns for damaged items must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order. All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact if it had tags when received. Refund of payment will be processed within 7 days of WKC receipt of returned merchandise. Refund will be credited back using the original form of payment.
Windy + Co Blankets:
Our selection of hand knit blankets cannot be returned. We do accept exchanges at our discretion. If damage is present, a return can be discussed. If damage is present on arrival, please send photos of the damage within 24 hours of package being delivered to email@example.com and we can discuss the next steps to be taken. If return is accepted, please refer to the above paragraph for detailed information on returns to our store.
